There's Always a Trail by puppichu There's Always a Trail by puppichu
So I finally got around to my Quinn photo shoot!!!
The hike up to the spot nearly killed my cosplay before I even got any photos... but I did manage to get some nice shots.
Hope you like them!

hey, what did you do for her undersuit? Are you just wearing gloves or...? I'm making my Quinn cosplay and it's got me stumped.

For the under portion I did a couple of things. I first wore a pair of dark purple tights. Then I made a tight jump suit (body suit) out of black stretch fabric that was short sleeved and knee length. Then for the hands I made two long dark green/blue gloves out of stretch fabric. She had a lot of different colors going on when I looked closely at her model. But if you didn't want to go through making all the different layers I'm sure you could easily get away with just buying a black morphsuit and cutting the hood off. (PS all the layers are hot! XD )
For the shoes I just bought a pair of black flats and spray painted them purple. Then in the same process of the armour (craft foam) I made the little gold detail and "bird foot" that she has and glued them on.
Hope this helps! I'd also love to see photos if you get her finished!! ^.^

That's cool! Which portion of the legs are you looking for? I have on some purple leggings under a short black body suit. Then I have on these shorts that are blue and purple, they billow at the knees and are cut open at the crotch (lol it's a really weird piece of clothing). Then there is the purple/gold armor leg chaps and knee pads. The armor is made from craft foam and elmers glue.

No problem! I love answering cosplay questions! ^.^
For the foam I first painted on layers (about 8) of a glue mixture (half white elmer's glue, half water) with a brush to fill the porous holes of the foam. Then after it's dry I just used a "spray paint" I bought at a hardware store. You could also use an acrylic airbrush if you have one. But I would avoid brush painting on acrylic paint because you might see the brush strokes in the armor.  Hope this helps!

Yep! Thanks :)

I started yesterday doing the little demacian details, I painted similar as u said, but I've applayer the glue directly after the acrylics, looks good jajja :P

But I will try what u said! Thanks again :)
